To improve our efficiency we have introduced 5S Philosophy, a very easy procedure to keep your workplace tidy, safe and clean. 5S is composed of 5 steps:

Seiri – Sorting, Clearing, Classifying. Eliminating anything unnecessary from your workplace.
Seiton – Arranging and Organising. Arranging your tools, equipment and materials efficiently.
Seison – Checking the order and Cleaning carried out thus far.
Seiketsu – Standardizing and Improving. Maintaining order and cleaning, improving them by continuously repeating the previous three steps (Seiri, Seiton and Seison).
Shitsuke – Sustaining and Maintaining long term self discipline.
