In 2017 MM began implementing quality controlled production, introducing a new position, the Quality Manager. The Quality Manager and the company have defined the necessary features to maintain a culture of Quality and have determined the relative characteristics, principles, logic and objectives. Among these we can briefly outline the following:
– customer focus;
– Top Managers’ responsability;
– resource management;
– production/operation, service and Quality processes – measuring, analisys and improvement processes;
– Quality Management System Documentation.
Our aim is to obtain ISO 9001 certification in 2019.
